Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms
By connecting a YouTube channel to Klyf or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, don’t use Klyf. If you use Klyf on behalf of an organization, you represent that you’re authorized to bind it to these Terms.
2. What Klyf does
Klyf reads your authorized YouTube channel analytics and produces diagnostics: a ranked list of your videos, the funnel stage where each underperforms, and an estimate of what each gap costs. Klyf is an analytics and recommendation tool. It does not create, upload, edit, or delete content on your channel.
3. YouTube and Google
Klyf uses YouTube API Services. By using Klyf you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our access to and use of Google and YouTube data is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. How Klyf handles your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke Klyf’s access at any time via your Google Account permissions.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract. You’re responsible for the activity that occurs through your connected channel and for keeping your access to Klyf secure.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) access channels or data you’re not authorized to access; (b) reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service or its outputs except as permitted; (c) use Klyf to violate the YouTube Terms of Service, Google’s policies, or any law; or (d) interfere with or overload the service or its infrastructure.
6. Fair use and service limits
Klyf’s free tier is offered under a fair-use policy. It is meant for a single creator working on their own channel at the pace of normal, hands-on use. To keep the service fast and available for everyone, we may apply reasonable limits to usage, including how many of your videos’ comments are read in a single request and how often data-heavy requests may be made, and we may throttle, queue, or briefly pause requests that go well beyond ordinary personal use or that risk exhausting shared third-party API quotas. These limits apply on both Free and Pro; Pro is offered with higher limits, described at the point of purchase. Automated, bulk, or resale use is not permitted on either tier. We aim to set these limits so that a genuine creator will not notice them in everyday use.
7. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Klyf is a paid service. Fees, billing intervals, and any free trial are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same interval until canceled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing on prospective renewals with reasonable prior notice.
8. Intellectual property
Klyf and its software, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. Your channel data remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Diagnostic outputs are provided to you for your own use.
9. Data, accuracy, and no guarantee of results
Diagnostics are estimates derived from YouTube-provided analytics, which lag by several days and cover a rolling window; they are not final or guaranteed to be accurate. Klyf does not guarantee any particular outcome such as views, click-through, retention, subscribers, or revenue. Decisions you make based on Klyf’s output are your own.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using Klyf and disconnect your channel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or comply with law. On termination we delete your stored data and tokens as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to the service or these Terms
We may modify the service or these Terms. If we make material changes to the Terms, we’ll update the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
