A new Klyf feature is not showing up in Claude

Refresh the tools. In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, then open Klyf. Click the three-dot menu next to Disconnect and choose Refresh tools list. If it still does not appear, use Remove there and add Klyf again with the same URL.

Klyf is not answering, or Claude cannot find it

Open Settings, then Connectors, and check Klyf is added and connected. If it is there but stale, open it, click the three-dot menu, and choose Refresh tools list, then ask your question again.

The connect step will not finish, or it loops

Sign in with the same Google account that owns your channel, and approve access when Google asks. If it still loops, try again in a normal browser window rather than private mode.

Klyf says it cannot find my channel

Klyf needs a YouTube channel on the Google account you connect, with at least a few public videos. A brand-new account with no channel or videos has nothing to read yet.

My numbers look a few days behind

That is normal. YouTube's own analytics lag by a few days, and some data, like how often your thumbnails get clicked, backfills over several days after you connect.

Klyf talked about the wrong video

Klyf only ever uses your public videos. Ask again with the exact title, for example, how did my video about pricing do, and it will focus on that one.

I want to stop the emails

Open your dashboard and turn off the weekly digest or watchdog alerts under Notifications. Every email also has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

I want to disconnect or delete my data

In your dashboard, use Disconnect and delete data. It revokes Klyf's access and permanently erases everything we hold. Pro members cancel their subscription first.
