Does it work for a small channel?
Yes. Klyf measures everything against your own channel's normal, not a big-creator benchmark, so the advice fits where you actually are. You do need a channel with some videos and a few weeks of views; a brand-new channel with no data has nothing to read yet.
Is it safe? What can it access?
Read-only by default. Klyf reads your analytics and your public comments, never touches your private or unlisted videos, and never posts or changes anything unless you turn on auto-reply, and even then only replies you approve. You can disconnect and delete everything anytime.
